Birthday Party Policies & Guidelines
We’re excited to celebrate with you! To ensure a smooth, safe, and fun experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines before your party.
📝 Booking & Payment
- A 100% deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. It becomes nonrefundable the week of your party
- Guest counts must be confirmed prior to the party.
- Additional guests beyond the included amount will incur an additional fee.
⏰ Arrival & Party Timing
- Hosts may arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled party time for setup.
- Parties are scheduled for a specific time slot and must conclude promptly to allow for cleaning and the next event.
- Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled party time.
- We recommend encouraging guests to arrive on time so everyone can enjoy the full experience.
🎂 Food & Decorations
- Outside food, cake, and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.
- Please avoid glitter, confetti, silly string, or piñatas.
- Decorations may not be nailed or permanently attached to walls or fixtures.
- All personal items and decorations must be removed at the end of your event.
👧👦 Supervision & Safety
- A waiver must be signed for every child playing on our equipment.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Socks (and clean shoes) are required for all guests in the play areas.
- Guests must follow posted play rules and staff instructions.
- For safety reasons, rough play is not permitted.
- Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
🎁 Guest Count & Capacity
- Party packages include a set number of children.
- Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.
- Due to fire code regulations, total occupancy limits must be strictly observed.
🧹 Clean Up
- Our team handles general cleaning of the facility.
- Hosts are responsible for removing personal belongings, decorations, and food items.
- Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability with advance notice.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
🚫 Prohibited Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are not permitted:
- Alcohol
- Confetti or glitter
- Open flames (other than cake candles)
- Smoke machines or fog effects
- Weapons or unsafe props

Is a deposit required?
